Let us show you one of our favourite warm up games.

You only need two soft balls (or more). The balls are thrown into the hall. When you get a ball, you try to hit anyone  in the gym with it. When you are hit you have to sit down put when the person who hit you gets hit, you are free again. You are only allowed to run three steps with the ball in your hands, then you have to throw it.

There are also some variations you can try out:

1.  You play in teams of two and when your partner is hit you have to sit down as well. The advantage is that you can throw the ball to your partner and thus cover more space.

2. When you catch the ball, the person who threw the ball has to sit down and is free again once you are out.
